Most people are very much decent at the workplace but there are always a few people who do things that you just can't bear at the office. Below is the list of the top ten most annoying office habits. In no particular order:
1. Loud or Vibrating Ring Tone
It can be really annoying when your colleagues leave their desks and don't take their mobile phones with them, which soon will start to ring and vibrate endlessly.
2. The Loud Speaker
Some people just can't help but speak as loud as they can when they are on the phone. Sometimes it is just personal matters. I bet you are very excited to know whose turn it is to take the dog for a walk this weekend, John or his wife?
3. The Foreign Language Speakers
Very common in multi-national companies. It is just extremely annoying for a group of people to talk in their native language in the presence of other colleagues. Why is this hard for people to comprehend?!
4. The Keyboard Smashers
Those are the ones who think that hitting the keyboard keys with all the strength and power they have is the only way to get the letters printed on the screen. They are not necessarily nervous, this is just the way that they type.
5. The Stuff Borrowers
Where's my pen? Where's my stapler? Where's my paper puncher? Where's my chair? Where's my desk? It is ok to borrow something just return it back when you're done.
6. The Smelly Ones
Don't you just hate the people who come to work immediately after finishing their morning workout because they have no time to take a shower? Not even a deodorant. Come On!
7. Extreme Perfumes
On the other hand, some may think that dipping themselves in perfume bottles will leave a good impression. It can be equally annoying to bad smell and can cause continuous sneezing for people with allergies.
8. Smelly Foods
Onions, Garlic, Tuna.....etc. The list does not end. But some think that it is normal to eat any kind of food on their desks.
9. The Sick One
"John, is it really that important to come to the office today, infect everyone and keep them in bed for days? You know that report can wait for another day". People should be a bit more considerate.
10. The Always Late
Every office has one of these. Coming late, leaving early, two breakfast breaks, three lunch breaks, seven smoke breaks, and ten minutes in the bathroom every 15 minutes. She/he is never there but gets equally paid and shares the credit at the end of the day.
